-When is my booking confirmed?

Once you complete the online payment for your selected tour, an e-mail will reach you with all the tour details. This message is sufficient for your booking. You do not have to present it to the tour operators, given that they always have a complete list of all enrolled participants.

-What is your Cancellation policy?

The cancellation policy for each tour may vary and depends on each particular activity. You may find the policy below the “Book” button for each one of our tours. In case you need to cancel a tour, you may do so by sending your cancellation request directly to info@truevoyagers.com.

-What are your terms of Service and Privacy?

You may find the related terms in the page’s footer, at the sections of “Terms of Service” and “Privacy Policy”.

-What are your terms of Payment?

All payments can be realized though the Tooristas application by credit card. Our payment service processor is fully PCI compliant and your card information is securely handled and stored. We do not have any access to these data. The Tooristas application charges a 5% service fee, which is covered by the client.

-How do I pay for an itinerary I have booked through the "Plan your Trip” section?

After processing your e-mail request and once you receive your desired itinerary via e-mail, we will also provide you with an invoice for our service accompanied by our payment instructions.

-What are the languages supported in your tours?

Each of the tour is available in English and Greek. "Get a Taste of Athens food tour", the "Unconventional Instant Photo tour"  and "Athens Walking Tour: Stories of a Local" are also available in Spanish. Please send an e-mail to pascal@truevoyagers.com before booking the activity for a Spanish tour request. “Make Your Own Souvenir” workshop is also available in Spanish and sign language, upon request.

-What if it rains before the realization of an outdoor tour?

Depending on the intensity of the weather phenomena, tours may be canceled. If extreme weather conditions occur before the beginning of the tour, a full refund will be provided to the participants.

-What if I am late for the tour?

We ask our participants to arrive at least 15 minutes before the beginning of each tour to ensure that all activities start on time. In case you are late, you may call and inform us directly at +306946808832.

-Where should I meet our guide?

You may find the “Location” section in the beginning of each tour page and the exact meeting point at the end of the tour description. The location will be also mentioned in the confirmation e-mail that you will receive after the completion of your booking. If you have any doubts on the meeting/starting point of each tour, please contact us directly via e-mail to info@truevoyagers.com.

-Are there tours available for children or elderly?

We have an especially designed activity for children, the “Feast of Fables” tour. Both parents and children can participate in this tour. All the other activities are available for both adults and children, unless otherwise stated e.g. the "Wooden Bike Cycling tour" is currently available only for people >15 years old.

-Are your tour leaders licensed guides?

Each activity we offer is designed and being realized by professionals in their field, either they are personal trainers, actors, artists or local experts. These professionals are not licensed tour guides, unless otherwise stated.

-What is the condition of the bikes used in your “Wooden Bike Cycling Tour”?

We strive to provide you with bikes of the best quality of wood, all being handmade by GP bicycles. The bicycles are fully tested for their quality and endurance before the realization of each tour. Their weight is ~10 kg and contain a 9-gear change mechanism.
